The core part of custom hotel furniture is deepening drawings: only when drawings are deepened can it be possible to produce furniture with a reasonable structure and a reasonable proportion. Because the  customization of hotel furniture or other project furniture has such  characteristics: varied styles, more or less quantity, complicated materials, diversified process and the limited on-site conditions lead to special installation requirements,  etc. A hotel furniture, which in value of 5 million of the amount of its works, might often involve a thousand styles of furniture, dozens kinds of wood, panle and fabric. If the drawing is deepened unproporly or the statistics is not appropriate, it will bring a lot of problems to the completion of the hotel or other project. So how can we solve it?

If a hotel furniture's drawing proportion decomposition is not suitable, it will hardly reach  the designer's design concept and requirements; insufficient statistics will leads to scene confusion; if quantity less than requirement, it will not enough, if quantity exceeed requirement, will no place for placement and cause waste; Misuse of materials leads to poor effect, or rework causes huge economic losses, etc. After years and years development, Eastmate Hotel Furniture has grown into a group of integration of high star hotel furniture, luxury residential furniture, decoration design.   1. When the project is completed, the project team will have a meeting to review the production process, the communication process and the quality of furniture and other issues, record and action to continuous improvement of quality.

  2. Every project will automatically form a project team, from the documentary, production, inspection and documentation, to facilitate the information feedback and quality of emergency handling.

  3. Drawing deepening has three layer of audit, the designer self inspection, technical quality director audit, project manager approved to achieve production workshop.

  4. Before furniture production, the design department to print a 1:1 mock up the drawings, and explain the requirements of the drawings and materials with sales, technich team and production team .

  5. Each project to form a corresponding folder, unified management of the furniture and the scene of the drawings of each project, submit, change, archive one one to do personal records management.
